Select the best location for a meeting

When selecting the location for your event, you should consider the following: date availability and hotel location; meeting rooms available and their capacity; sleeping rooms available and their rates and taxes; food and banquet prices; in-house services; and hotel reservation services.  Also, verify if any industry colleague has had any bad experience in the places you are considering. Conduct a site inspection before you choose, and if possible, meet your prospective meeting service manager.
